Missing/ Lost Orders

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT

If your package is lost, missing or you suspect it has been stolen you must contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date of your order to file a lost/stolen package claim.

Please be sure you check with neighbors, roommates family members or anyone else who may have been present at the time the package was delivered. Please check all potential delivery locations at your address. Carrier may have placed it in a secure location out of view of the street, such as under a mat or near a back entrance.

We ensure every order ships safely and in a timely manner from our facility, CALA® Products does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
